We are announcing the close of a $55M seed round to continue this mission. This is the necessary first step in what will be a multi-decade pursuit: the complete reconstruction of the scientific process. Every dollar of this is a commitment to build the intelligence we have described and to pursue the foundational discoveries that will follow. This is the first step in a long and relentless journey.

Our focus is to build a truly integrated system – the first of its kind – that removes the inherent fragmentation in human-driven research and development. This means treating a material's digital blueprint, its physical creation, and its real-world performance not as separate events, but as a single, continuous stream of intelligence. This is a paradigm shift; instead of ten scientists tackling one problem at a time, each scientist will solve ten problems at the same time.

This new form of discovery requires reconstructing the scientific method itself. The linear path of research—one hypothesis, one experiment, one publication at a time—is a relic of a process constrained by a sequential human mind. A process that, for all its limitations, gave us the foundational materials which changed the course of history. Our materials intelligence will operate in parallel, simultaneously synthesizing insights from scientific literature, the results of computational models, and the experimental data generated in our self-driving lab. Our AI can perceive the connections across millions of different sources at once—a scale of comprehension the human brain was never designed to achieve.
